Salisbury DJ Academy - Initial Formation Record

Salisbury DJ Academy was formed on the 24th June 2025 as a “Unincorporated Association” with the primary aim of providing DJ and music tuition to its members. The group has been set up as a “non profit organisation” by the “founding members” named below.

Secretary: Stephen Eyres

Treasurer: Glyn Jones

The founding members will carry out the aims/objectives set out in the academy’s “Constitution” on a voluntary basis for a maximum term of three years (or until they stand down) at which point they may stand for re-election by the membership at an AGM or SGM.

All founding members will retain a “Founding Members Veto” as set out in the academy's constitution.
